Keep the conversation in email, but move the payload through a temporary browser room. Paste the room link into your message while your transfer page stays open.

FCShare never changes your original file. Optimization only happens after you choose it.
No copy was kept anywhere.
Email is excellent for context and poor for very large payloads. With FCShare, write the email as usual, open a Send room, and place its temporary link in the message or chat. The recipient opens it while you are online and accepts the live file transfer.
Unlike a cloud attachment replacement, the room is not a durable link. Make it explicit that you are waiting and that both of you should keep the page open. For recipients in another time zone, use an approved hosted transfer instead.
Choose Send and wait for the room link; selection does not upload the file.
Tell the recipient it is a live link and arrange a time to open it.
The recipient saves the file and both of you wait for the completion screen.
Some workplace email systems open links automatically for security checks. Use a room password for sensitive transfers and confirm the intended person before sending. If a corporate network blocks WebRTC, the deployment needs a TURN relay or an approved enterprise transfer method.
Select several files together. The receiver can choose a folder when their browser supports direct directory writing; otherwise downloads may arrive individually. Folder hierarchy is not preserved.
Yes, but the sender’s page must remain open and the recipient should use it promptly.
No. Email carries only the temporary room link; the payload travels through the browser connection.
A room is designed for one sender and one receiver. Create a new transfer for another recipient.
